We provide Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) for our residents to conveniently dispose of their household waste safely and free of charge.

Unfortunately, some traders use our HRCs when they shouldn’t to get rid of business waste – which ultimately leaves Cambridgeshire council tax payers to foot the bill. As a result, like many other councils already do, we are introducing a simple e-permit scheme.

Permits are free and allow a maximum of 12 deposits within a 12 month period.
